Nine killed in 'horrific' Florida jet crash

A private jet has crashed in Florida, killing all nine people on board in what officials are calling a horrific accident.
The Learjet was travelling from Texas to the Bahamas when it came down in a neighbourhood near West Palm Beach on Sunday afternoon. Officials say the plane dropped thousands of feet in under a minute before hitting the ground in a fireball.
Remarkably, no one on the ground was hurt, despite the crash happening in a residential area. Rescuers have described that outcome as a miracle.
Investigators are now searching for answers about what caused the sudden plunge. Meanwhile, the families of the nine people lost are still waiting for their names to be released.
