How to send a takedown request

Email contact@viralnews.pro with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" and include:

1. Your full name and the name of the copyright owner (if you are acting for someone else, your relationship to them).
2. The exact URL(s) of the content on viralnews.pro you believe infringes.
3. A description or link identifying the original copyrighted work.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your request is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
6. Your contact details so we can reply.

What happens next

Valid requests are reviewed promptly and infringing material is removed or disabled, normally within 2 business days. We may contact you if a request is incomplete.

Counter-notice

If content you provided was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, email the same address with the URL of the removed content and a statement explaining why you believe you had the right to use it. We will review counter-notices in line with applicable copyright law, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).

Repeat infringers

Where we can identify a contributor or source that repeatedly infringes, we stop using that source.
